This MOSFET features a 650 V rating and a typical RDS(ON) of 23 mΩ at VGS = 18 V, making it ideal for demanding power electronics applications. The planar technology ensures reliable operation with negative gate voltage drive and mitigates turn-off spikes on the gate. The device is housed in a TOLL package, which offers improved thermal performance and excellent switching characteristics due to its Kelvin Source configuration and lower parasitic source inductance. Additionally, the NTBL023N065M3S is RoHS compliant and halide-free, ensuring it meets stringent environmental standards.
