The TPA2010D1 audio power amplifier evaluation module is a complete, low-power single-channel audio power amplifier. It consists of the TI TPA2010D1 2.5-W low-voltage Class-D audio power amplifier IC in a very small NanoFree WCSP package, along with a small number of other parts mounted on a circuit board that is approximately one and a quarter inches square.

If the bridged and parallel configurations are combined, the outcome is a very high power amplifier solution that far exceeds the capabilities of one IC alone, while maintaining reasonable power dissipation levels within each IC.

The STEVAL-CCA027V1 demonstration board is designed for the TDA7492 high power dual BTL class-D audio amplifier. Due to the high efficiency, the TDA7492 device is assembled in PSSO36 and is able to dissipate the generated heating with the use of a reasonably small heatsink.

The TPA3123D2 evaluation module consists of a single 25-W, class-D, stereo audio power amplifier complete with a small number of external components mounted on a circuit board that are used to directly drive speakers with an external analog audio source as the input.

The TPA6140A2 is a Class-G DirectPath stereo headphone amplifier with built-in I2C volume control. Class-G technology maximizes battery life by adjusting the voltage supplies of the headphone amplifier based on the audio signal level. At low level audio signals, the internal supply voltage is reduced to minimize power dissipation. DirectPath™ technology eliminates external DC-blocking capacitors.

The TPA3100D2 evaluation module consists of a single 20-W, class-D, stereo audio power amplifier complete with a small number of external components mounted on a circuit board that can be used to directly drive a speaker with an external analog audio source as the input.

The EVAL-SSM3515Z is an evaluation board for quick evaluation of the SSM3515. The board uses a single supply from 4.5 V to 17 V. The board includes 3.3 V and 1.8 V regulators. The on-board digital SPDIF optical input generates the serial digital signal to the SSM3515.

This incredibly small stereo amplifier is surprisingly powerful - able to deliver 2 x 3.7W channels into 3 ohm impedance speakers. Inside the miniature chip is a class D controller, able to run from 2.7V-5.5VDC. Since the amp is a class D, it’s incredibly efficient (over 90% efficient when driving an 8Ω speaker at over a Watt).

The IS31AP2010B evaluation board is a fully assembled and tested PCB that uses the IS31AP2010B Class-D power amplifier to drive a 4Ω speaker (or larger) in audio applications such as cellular handsets, the earpiece and mobile phones. Designed to operate from a 2.7V to 5.5V DC power supply, the evaluation board accepts a single-ended or differential input signal.
