Thermo-elektrische of Peltier-modulen zijn onderdelen die zijn ontworpen voor thermische overdracht door middel van het Peltier-effect. Als stroom door een verbinding tussen twee keramische substraten loopt, wordt er aan de ene kant van de verbinding warmte geproduceerd en aan de andere kant geabsorbeerd. Een koellichaam wordt aanbevolen voor de warme zijde van de module. De kenmerken zijn Qmax bij Th, Delta Tmax bij Th, max. stroom, max. spanning, weerstand en bedrijfstemperatuur.
