G3VM-QR MOSFET Relays

Omron Electronic Components G3VM-QR series S-VSON MOSFETs are designed with a compact form factor and provide high current handling capabilities, including the G3VM-61QR3 version with remarkably low ON resistance and low output capacitance. These four-pin MOSFETs can manage load voltages up to 100 V and continuous load currents as low as 0.65 A. They also offer a dielectric strength of 500 V/min between input and output and operate reliably within a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +110°C. 21QR, 21QR1, and 41QR4 models have fast turn-on and turn-off times, low capacitance and resistance, and variations in load voltages and continuous load currents. Low capacitance and resistance minimize signal distortion and insertion loss in high-frequency and data-line applications. Ideal for various applications such as semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement equipment, communications devices, and data loggers, these components deliver efficient performance even in demanding environments.
