These connectors are compact with a low profile and are used to connect a printed circuit board with a flex-printed circuit. In conventional connectors power is supplied through multiple signal pins; by amalgamating these power lines into two pins, Hirose has reduced the mounting space and the amount of materials (metals, resins, and boards) that need to be used.

  • Highly reliable, two-point contact structure with a 0.35 mm pitch
  • Available in 10-, 20-, 24-, 30-, and 40-positions with two additional power contacts per connector
  • Supports USB 3.1 gen 2 (10 Gbps) transmission
  • Ideal for small, portable electronic devices with a mated height of 0.8 mm
  • Guide ribs for self-alignment during mating with a range of 0.3 mm in the XY axis directions
