AP7347DQ Automotive-Compliant LDO

Diodes Incorporated's AP7347DQ is a 500 mA low-dropout regulator with 1% tolerance, 75 dB PSRR, low output noise, and low quiescent current. The device supports a wide variety of fixed voltage variants ranging from 1.0 V to 5.0 V, with several near 1 V. With its low noise and excellent line and load transient responses, the AP7347DQ provides a high-performance LDO in noise-sensitive, automotive applications. The automotive-compliant AP7347DQ is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and is available in the SOT25 and the side-wall-plated W˗DFN2020˗6 (SWP), the latter of which has a greater power-handling capability.
