KG3 Series Contactors
B&J USA's contactors feature a compact frame enabling easy installation and saving space in electrical panels
B&J USA's KG3 series contactors by Benedict GmbH boast a wide range of features. The compact frame size allows for easy installation and saves valuable space in electrical panels. The special low-wattage coils allow the user to switch contactors directly from the PLC, removing the need for interposing relays. For added protection to upstream components, the KG3 contactor comes equipped with an integrated coil suppressor.
The KG3 range is designed to operate in demanding environments while maintaining full horsepower ratings of up to +90°C. Other reliability traits such as the ability to withstand vibration, high humidity, dust, and sand make the devices suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The contactors have a quiet switching action, which is key for keeping equipment operating noises to a minimum.
