DigiWish 2025 Sweepstakes Rules

Welcome to the DigiWish 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Digi-Key Corporation d/b/a DigiKey (“Sponsor”). PLEASE READ THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAKE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

As a legal requirement for participating in this Sweepstakes as an entrant (“Participant” or “You”) hereby agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules (the “Rules”) which form a legal contract by and between You and Sponsor. If You do not agree and consent to these Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES
1. Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes Start Date: December 1, 2025. Sweepstakes End Date: December 24, 2025. The Sweepstakes will begin on the above Start Date and will last through the above End Date (“Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules.
3. Social Networking. Participants are encouraged to follow and/or like @digikey on X, Instagram, and Facebook, and comment on DigiKey’s social media accounts with #DigiWish, but such activities are not required to participate or win.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Eligible Participants. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the countries in the regions known as EMEA, the United States, Canada, and certain countries in the region known as APAC (in all cases only where permitted by applicable law) who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry. A person may not enter on behalf of another person, except in the case of assistance of a person with disabilities.
2. Non-eligible Persons. Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants and contractors (the "Sponsor Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win any related prize.
PRIZES
1. Daily Prizes. There will be one daily prize winner for each day during the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries each day of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each daily prize winner will receive the prize stated as their wish in their entry, subject to availability. Total Approximate Retail Value of each daily prize is the dollar value of the prize listed on our website located at www.digikey.com, not to exceed $100 USD (excluding Marketplace Product). Prize winners are not responsible for any applicable sales or VAT tax or shipping charges for the prize. Prizes will be shipped to winners by UPS or similar carrier service.
2. Grand Prize. There will be one grand prize winner for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The grand prize winner will receive a $500 USD DigiKey shopping spree in the form of a credit to use for the purchase of up to $500 USD in DigiKey products that are in-stock and listed on our website located at www.digikey.com. Grand prize winner is not responsible for any applicable sales or VAT tax or shipping charges for the grand prize. The grand prize will be shipped to the grand prize winner by UPS or similar carrier service
3. Sponsor reserves the right to check the eligibility of the Participants and validity of the entries (as described under 4) and may exclude Participants and/or entries from the participation in this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, local, and other taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by a Participant. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater estimated value if a prize selected is not available. The value of the prize is based on the listed sales price on the www.digikey.com website in USD. Products designated “Marketplace” on www.digikey.com and all applicable global sites are not eligible for prizes.”
HOW TO ENTER
1. Online Entry. To participate, submit your wish for a product from our online catalog at www.digikey.com using our sweepstakes entry portal at DigiWish 2025. Your wish product must be in-stock (excluding Marketplace product) and cannot exceed $100 USD. Participants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address for the Participant. Limit one entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. No Automated Entries. All automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. All entries by Participants must be made manually by such Participants. Any attempt by a Participant to submit multiple entries by using multiple/different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void such Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to the eligibility verification of these Rules. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
3. Winner Selection. Daily winners will be notified within two business days via the notification information provided in the Participant’s online entry form. The grand prize winner will be notified via the notification information provided in the Participant’s online entry form on or about December 29, 2025. All entries received for each entrant will be used in each daily drawing and the grand prize drawing, however if a Participant who has already won a daily prize is selected for another daily prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s) and technical difficulties. Any winner notification not responded to by the Participant within 5 business days or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, release of liability and a publicity release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
4. Publicity. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use Participant’s first name and DigiWish entry on the DigiKey website, on DigiKey’s social media accounts, and in other forms of publicity.
PRIVACY.
- If you do not provide the personal data requested in the entry form, you will not be able to participate in the Sweepstakes. Residents of certain countries and certain U.S. states may have certain rights such as a right of access, modification, correction, and deletion of personal data, among other data subject rights. To exercise such right, as applicable, you may email privacy@digikey.com. You can find further information on how DigiKey processes personal data collected from entrants and your rights regarding this data in DigiKey's Privacy Notice, which can be found on Digi-Key’s websites, including at https://www.digikey.com/en/help/Privacy; https://www.digikey.jp/ja/help/privacy; https://www.digikey.de/de/help/privacy; https://www.digikey.kr/ko/help/privacy (and others).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Sponsor is not responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize. This does not apply (i) in case of intentional misconduct and gross negligence, (ii) in case of injuries to life, body or health, or (iii) pursuant to the mandatory liability provisions of the German Product Liability Act or other applicable law. Further, Sponsor can only be held liable for negligent breaches of duty if Sponsor is in breach of a duty that derives from material contractual obligations that are of substantial importance to fulfilling the agreement purpose ("cardinal obligation"). In this case the Sponsor’s liability is limited to the foreseeable damage.
  
  Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or not received for any reason.
  
  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or DigiKey’s portal or website or who are in violation of these Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
  
  Should any portion of the Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, be compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
  
  To the extent permitted by appliable law, Participants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatever for, and shall be held harmless by Participants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prizes.
  
  In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Participant and must comply with these Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the social media account in question. You acknowledge that this Sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, X or any other social networking service. You further agree to release and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram, X or any other applicable social networking service from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against such social networks. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE DIGIKEY PORTAL OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WINNERS LIST.
- If you are a U.S. resident, you may request the names of the winners who also are U.S. residents. To receive the names of such winners (available ten days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: DigiWish 2025 Sweepstakes, 701 Brooks Avenue South, Thief River Falls, MN 56701 USA. Request must be received no later than March 29, 2026.
GOVERNING LAW
1. For Participants living in the U.S. and locations other than the EU: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the drawing or award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the offer of these Rules shall be brought solely in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By participating and/or accepting a prize, participants and/or winners expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and the convenient forum therein and consent to extraterritorial service of process.
2. For Participants living in the EU: These rules are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer rights at the place of residence of the participant remain unaffected by this choice of law.
FINAL PROVISIONS.
- These Rules constitute the full agreement relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and any of the documents relating to the Sweepstakes, these Rules shall prevail.
  
  If any provision of these Rules is deemed unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severable and deemed null and void, and the remainder of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to insist upon the performance of any provision herein will not be considered a waiver of such provision or limitation of the parties’ rights or obligations under these Rules.
