This tutorial will discuss the proprietary iCoupler® transformer isolation technology and how it addresses the limitations of optocouplers. Discussed will be the basic technology differences between the traditional optocoupler technology and the CMOS base iCoupler technology.  Also highlighted will be the types of integrated products that  have been developed with the iCoupler technology.
