G3VM USOP relays offers benefits including low maintenance costs, small footprint, and high-speed switching
Omron has introduced their smallest package MOSFET relay with the ultra small USOP package. With board space requirements of 2.2 mm x 3.25 mm, these relays are the smallest MOSFET relay in their class.
Benefits such as extremely fast switching times reduce signal degradation and low CxR ratings, making these MOSFET relays ideal for test and measurement equipment, smart meter and gas meters, smoke, gas and human detection applications, and PBX and ATE equipment.
