About

ASTRON Electronic GmbH is an EMS service provider founded in 1997 by employees and partners in the south of Carinthia/Austria and is still privately owned. We specialise in the assembly of prototypes, one-offs and small series (max. 200,000 components per production order). Our customers love us for our high quality, perfect workmanship and short delivery times, which is why our assembly is carried out using flexible automatic assembly machines with almost no restrictions on the size and technology of the PCB, as well as the size and shape of the components. Soldering is carried out on a vapour phase soldering machine with vacuum module to reduce voids.

Staff certification:
As you can see on our website in the OUR TEAM section, we have set ourselves the goal of training all of our employees to become certified IPC specialists in IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711/7721. In the meantime, we have also been able to add J-STD-001 Certified IPC Specialists to our team. The new or biennial recertification of all employees is carried out by in-house IPC trainers.
